Hawkeye Season 1: Is The MCU Series Coming On Disney Plus Soon?

Hawkeye is an MCU series based on the character of the same name. The series is supposed to release on Disney’s streaming service, Disney+. This character was created by Stan Lee and artist Don Heck. This character was ranked at #44 on IGN’s Top 100 Comic Book Heroes list! This series was announced last year by Marvel Studios.

When Will We Get To See Hawkeye On Our Screens?

Marvel Studios stated that the series would be released in 2021. They have not yet started shooting and production for the series. There is no specific release date as such. Production may get delayed due to the global pandemic, so the series might come out on the latter half of 2021.

Who Will Be The Cast Of This Series?

The main focus of the series is going to be Hawkeye, the titular character who is played by Jeremy Renner. Apart from that, there are speculations that the character Kate Bishop who is a student of Hawkeye could be played by Hailee Steinfield. We have no details on any other cast members.

Do We Have A Plot Yet?

There is no teaser or trailer for the series yet. The entire series probably will focus on Clint Barton’s life. We could see him return to his family and resume his family life. This series could also focus on his student’s life, Kate Bishop. There are also several fan theories surfacing the internet! One of them even states that there might be a young superhero group in this series called “Young Avengers”. There are also speculations that Natasha Romanoff would be given the funeral she deserved. Other superheroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe also sacrificed themselves but they were given proper send-offs. Natasha was never given one for sacrificing her life for the ‘Time Heist’.

Some fan theories also suggest that the show is going to be a small scale one because Clint Barton is just an archer and a spy. There might be more personal and emotional moments in the series than action!
