Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is a 2012 game created by Big Huge Games and 38 Studios for Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, which also distributed the game alongside Electronic Arts. It was the first and the last title that 38 Studios had released until they filed for bankruptcy.
Back in early June, THQ Nordic reported it is remastering Amalur Kingdoms: Reckoning. THQ Nordic did not give anything in terms of details when it made that announcement. Besides announcing the remaster’s cover, Amalur Kingdoms: Re-Reckoning. Also confirming it will require the entire Amalur DLC.

Release Date
The remaster series, called Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning appeared on the Microsoft Store. The leak was later announced on Twitter in a post that added that all premium content for the title was also being remastered.
THQ Nordic revealed plans to release Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, a remaster of the franchise, on September 8, 2020, for Windows, PS4, and Xbox One, acquired the rights for the series on September 6, 2018.
The Amalur Kingdoms: Re-Reckoning launch date has been stated with a new trailer out.
THQ Nordic has also announced the launching of a brand new Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning expansion entitled Fatesworn sometime in 2021.
The trailer shows no gameplay so we have to wait for that.
In other news related to remaking. PlayStation announced that a replica of Demon Souls will be moving to the PlayStation 5. The sequel is set to be announced later in the future for the forthcoming PS5 console and marks the beginning of the Souls franchise.
