Destroy All Humans- Release Date and Gameplay Revealed!

Destroy All Humans is a forthcoming open-world action game that is created by Black Forest Games and published by THQ Nordic. It’s a reboot of Destroy All Humans (2005), this will be the 5th chapter in the  Franchise, and first entry since Furon’s Way (2008).

Release Date

The game was announced publicly on 7th June 2019. E3 2019 saw the unveiling of expanded gameplay. The launch is set for Windows, PS4, and Xbox One. Google announced in August 2019 that the game would be released for Stadia, too. The game is set for release on July 28, 2020.

Gameplay

The game is played from a third-person viewpoint. The player plays Cryptosporidium 137 (“Crypto”), an alien who appears on Earth to collect human DNA in America in 1959. To kill enemies, Crypto is armed with a large array of alien weapons such as the Zap-O-Matic and Anal Probe.

He also possesses supernatural powers such as psychokinetic powers, including the capacity to mask himself as human beings. Crypto will use a jetpack to reach the area easily. He can also order the flying saucer, which has a death ray to kill opponents.

Players can execute movements like gliding and dashing, and they can chain actions like firing opponents while levitating them together. The game adds the Focus Mode, allowing players to lock certain opponents. Crypto is encrypted, which warns players about the course of hostile attacks.

The game features six free explorable sandbox locations. Each location gives the players specific tasks to complete.

Dialog and humor of the original game remained unchanged, but they were improved by the developers by upgrading the character models and cutscenes and by adding motion capture. The team used the audio from the original game instead of re-recording the lines and enhanced its consistency for the remake.

Whosoever preorder the game will also get a collection of skins debuting in the video, including one that dons Crypto in a white bodysuit that is a tribute to Memphis crooner Elvis Presley.

Destroy All Humans sequel is currently available to pre-order for €29.99/£24.99 on Steam and €39.99/£34.99 on Microsoft store.
