Freeform TV on Tuesday announced the renewal of the Motherland: Fort Salem for Season 2 along with “Everything’s Gonna Be Okay”. Fans are obsessing over the renewal of both the shows.
What’s The Show About?
Created by Eliot Laurence, Motherland: Fort Salem is a fantasy drama. The show is set in an alternate, present-day America where witches ended their persecution 300 years ago by cutting a deal with the burgeoning U.S. government to fight for their country.
Motherland: Fort Salem follows three young women from basic training in combat magic into terrifying and thrilling early deployment. The traditional roles of gender and power are flipped. As a result, women on the front lines fighting looming terrorist threats that are strikingly familiar to our world, but with supernatural tactics and weapons.
Motherland: Fort Salem stars Taylor Hickson, Jessica Sutton, Ashley Nicole Williams, Amalia Holm, and Demetria McKinney in lead roles.
Also, We would also see more of Lyne Renée. The network announces that recurring guest star is upped to a series regular.
If you still haven’t given Motherland: Fort Salem a run, go right ahead. The 10 episodes of the first season are worth binging.
