Realme today released a teaser hinting at the launch of the Realme 3 Pro variant. The company is scheduled to launch the Realme 3 smartphone in India on March 4. However, the new teaser hints that the Pro variant may launch alongside.
Realme posted the short video in its official Twitter page teasing the Realme 3 Pro. The video shows the number 3 in the form of a yellow colored lightning bolt with the words ‘Be Proactive’. The letter ‘Pro’ is clearly highlighted with the text color changing from white to yellow.
What do the leaks say?
There isn’t much information about the Pro but it will likely come with slightly better specs than the Realme 3. Nonetheless, speculations hint at the presence of Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC on the former.
That being said, the Realme 3 is supposed to be powered by the MediaTek Helio P70 and sport a 48MP rear sensor. The handset is expected to feature a tall display with a waterdrop/dewdrop notch, dual rear camera setup, a rear fingerprint scanner. It will run on ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie and backed by a 4,230 mAh battery.
The Realme 3 was previously teased to come with a diamond cut case. Last month a couple of live images of the device leaked online revealing a black and blue gradient finish. It may with a diamond cut back design with starry gradient finish but the images show a starry back with no sign of a diamond cut design. There is no visible fingerprint sensor which means it may ship with an on-screen one. It also retains the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
The Indian market has seen the launch of multiple mid-range smartphones in recent weeks. The Samsung M-series and the Redmi Note 7 series smartphones will surely give a good competition to the Realme 3 and the higher Realme 3 Pro. There are only two days for the launch and we can’t wait to see what Realme have in store for us this time.
