The recently launched “Too Hot to Handle” reality show has been a delight to watch during the COVID 19 Pandemic. No wonder the viewership of this show is through the roof.  Let’s know what fans still are wanting to know about!

The eight-episode dating show presents 10 singles at a villa in Mexico. The contestants entered the game, thinking they were in for a time of flirting and fun times. However, as per the game, they are required to abstain from any kind of intimate activities, for a chance at the $100,000 prize.

Still, some of the questions that arose from the game’s premise are how did they regulate what the contestants do? Will there be a season 2 of Too hot to Handle?  Several of the executives and contestants of Too Hot to Handle have spoken about the show.

Executive producer Jonno Richards discussed how the show came about. They said the idea came from the Seinfeld episode so he and others started to talk about the possibility of turning it into some kind of a reality-based show.

“Too Hot to Handle” Season 2 Possibility?

Series Producer Louise Peet, told Too Hot to Handle was filmed in three weeks in Mexico last year. They were looking for an exotic and attractive place for young couples. So, they settled for Mexico as their shooting arena for this extreme social experiment reality Netflix show.

One of the biggest questions fans had from the show was how they regulated “self-gratification.”

The show’s producers monitored and determined contestants through the sounds of their breathing. The crew ciphered the levels of breathing. Due to these technical establishments, they were able to tell whether it was going to the bathroom or a secret rendezvous. These moments left some of the crew surprised and other times just laughing.

They have not yet announced a Season 2, but have not expanded on what could happen in another season.
