What Zach Braff says?

“Some of it is way too un-PC, I’m sure, for now. We often cringe and go okay, you definitely couldn’t do that joke today. Sometimes even at the time, things would get censored because the creators were trying to push things as far as they could on network television,” he said in an interview. He started a podcast in the title- Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach and Donald. He marked many politically incorrect moments in the show.

Some of the awkward moments in Scrubs are a flashback scene where J.D is shown in blackface whereas Turk is in whiteface. One more such moment is when the creator thought of using medical Marijuana to a cancer patient. But at that time, ABC was under Disney. So the network did not allow the use. He reminisced the show’s glorious moments in the interview.

Updates of Scrubs movie

Zach also expressed that he would happy to bring back Scrubs. However, it is important to note the ninth season is not up to the mark. The producers plan to create two more seasons but we don’t know how far this will turn into reality. Zach wants a two-hour movie on Scrubs. This is a good idea and producers can give a thought to revive the fan base. Many fans have now moved from Scrubs to other TV shows. But its makers and actors are keen on attracting them back in various ways. One such way is the above-mentioned podcast launch.
