Netflix recently released a mini-documentary series on Alberto Nisman. Nisman: The Prosecutor, The President and The Spy is a real-life based documentary series. It follows the life of Nisman, how he rose to success and fame. And that of his mysterious death.
The plot of the show:
Nisman grew to fame right after he took up the case of the worst terrorist attack in Argentina. He was a federal lawyer by profession. The story grows darker and suspicious. The day before he was supposed to provide evidence in the court he was found dead.
According to sources he had acquired information about high ranking officials. The information was confidential. It linked the officials to the terrorist attack in Argentina. The day before he was to appeal to the court, he was found dead in his apartment.
The media and the public did not hesitate to call this a murder. A well-plotted murder was the term. Although his murder was being masked under the curtain of suicide. After a lot of investigation, it was confirmed as a suicide. However, the public and the media were not convinced. They called out for a much detailed investigation.

Netflix released the series on 1st January 2020. For the international audience, it was released in January 2020. Whereas the original series debuted in September 2019. The series has a total of six episodes. Each episode with a run time of 50 minutes.
The show has received a 5/5 rating from rotten tomatoes. It has been called as a chilling and poignant show. The accounts of the investigation covered have been an eye-opener.
