According to reports, gamers would be portraying Shou while they collaborate with a Slave Unit Prototype to become a Devil in search of killing a false god. The game would be a new entry in the Devil series of Dreamcast and the aim would be to defeat the threat of a dictator. Players also have to sacrifice their humanity and some flesh to get revenge.

Gamers would be going on an adventure through the Megacity and the graphics and visuals are seemingly inspired by the retro projects. There would be a lot of modes inside the game, featuring violence and gore for more thrill and excitement.
