Trinkets Season 2: Release Date, Plot, and Updates!

Trinkets Season 1 is an American teen episodic drama created by Smith, Amy Andelson, and Emily Meyer. Season 1 finale has left the viewers with so many unanswered questions that the fans demanded a Trinkets Season 2 desperately. Well, here comes the big news, after the power-packed season 1, Netflix has announced the renewal of a second and final series. Trinket’s season 2 releases on the 25th of August and will be available on Netflix for streaming. On July 29th, 2020, Netflix dropped the teaser of Trinkets Season 2.

Trinkets Season 1 premiered on Netflix on June 14th, 2019. The series is based on Kristen Smith’s Novel Trinkets. It consisted of ten episodes and the runtime od each episode was around 2-29 minutes.

The story is about three Portland girls who are classmates, completely different individuals in their personas. Elodie, Tabatha and Moe bond over their illegal habit of shoplifting. The three teens find each other at a Shoplifters Anonymous Meeting, they connect with each other and form a secret friendship. Each of the girls deals with some sort of trauma but find support and strength from each other.

Do these girls shoplift for fun? They don’t, they do it to keep themselves distracted from the frustrations and challenges they face in their daily lives. Now Trinket Season 2 is going to be the final series and answer some critical questions.

Trinket Season 2 Updates and Trailer:

Trinket Season 2 trailer looks quite promising and we are hinted at a few things: We will be introduced to Elodie’s Love Interest played by a newcomer. The trailer of Trinkets season 2 begins with Tabitha and Moe sitting at a police station, are they going face the outcomes of their crimes that they committed in season 1? Looks like the girls are going to face troubles in this season!

Season 2 Cast: Who is in it?

The leads are Elodie (Brianna Hildebrand), Tabitha (Quintessa Swindell) Moe (Kiana Madeira).

There are no such exits in Season 2, we also get to see- Luka (Henry Zaga), Brady (Brandon Butler), Noah (Odiseas Georgiadis), Elodie’s dad Doug (Larry Sullivan), her step-mum Jenna (Dana Green) her step-brother Spencer (Parker Hall), Moe’s mum Vicky (October Moore), Tabitha’s dad Whit (Linden Ashby), her mum Lori (Joy Bryant), Sabine (Katrina Cunningham).
