It is nearly one year since its first telecast. But the team had already announced its renewal. After one month of the release of the first season, in June 2019, Spectrum began the renewal.

What is the Cast of LA Finest Season 2?

Nancy McKenna and Sydney Syd are the genius police officers who take up each case despite their own sorrows and always succeed. Syd and McKenna are brought to us by Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba, respectively. The cast also includes Sophie Reynolds as Isabel Izzy McKenna who is being kidnapped, Duane Martin as Benjamin Ben Baines, Zach Gilford as Benjamin Ben Walker, Ernie Hudson as Joseph Burnett, and finally Ryan McPartlin as Patrick McKenna.

What about the episodes of LA’s Finest Season 2?

The season one of this emotional and action series had 13 episodes in total. Starting from Pilot, the series progressed with mind-blowing episodes like Con Air, Deja Vu, Farewell, and Defiance. Season 2 of LA’s Finest is said to have the same number of episodes but this time Spectrum Originals, whose first creation is LA’s Finest, is determinant to take Nancy and Syd to more complex places of investigation. They have also planned to provide insights into the two cops’ personal lives.

When is the Release of LA’s Finest Season 2?

Spectrum Originals is happy to release the second part on June 8, 2020. However, Fox has acquired the broadcast rights for LA’s Finest this May. There are still two episodes of the first season remaining. They plan to stream it on Monday at the earliest. The renewal of LA’s Finest grabbed the attention of Media in the opening ceremony of the 59th Monte Carlo Television Festival.

What is the Plot of Season 2?

The official synopsis of the upcoming season suggests that Nancy will struggle to face the aftermath of Izzy’s kidnapping and Syd is going to lose someone dear. We can also expect that the episodes of the new part will take us to more complicated crimes.
