What is it about?
The official synopsis of the series on BBC America goes like :
“Killing Eve centres on two women: Eve is a bored, whip-smart, pay-grade security services operative whose desk-bound job doesn’t fulfil her fantasies of being a spy. Villanelle is a mercurial, talented killer who clings to the luxuries her violent job affords her.
Killing Eve topples the typical spy-action thriller as these two women, equally obsessed with each other, go head to head in an epic game of cat and mouse.”
Season 3 ended with Carolyn killing her boss Paul Bradwell. On the other hand, we saw that Eve and Villanelle have chosen to linger together. It is too early to anticipate what happens in the fourth season of the series.
The usual cast members of the show are Sandra Oh as Eve Polastri, Fiona Shaw as Carolyn Martens, Jodie Comer as Oksana Astankova / Villanelle, Kim Bodnia as Konstantin Vasiliev and Gemma Whelan as Carolyn’s daughter Geraldine.
