Serious Sam 4 is set release in August! Gameplay and Features!

Serious Sam 4 is a forthcoming first-person shooting game created and released by Croteam’s Croatian studio Devolver Digital. It’s part of sequence Serious Sam and a prequel to Serious Sam 3: BFE. Croteam returns to the Serious Sam franchise for a high-powered prequel, which scales chaos to unimaginable heights.

Release Date

The game was revealed in April 2018, originally titled Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass. In June at E3 2018, one stage was demonstrated behind closed doors. The game was originally planned to be launched in 2019.

On 20 May 2020, Serious Sam 4 was revealed again for Windows and Stadia without the Planet Badass subtitle and with an August 2020 release date. And for PS4 and Xbox One in 2021.

Gameplay

Gameplay will be much more difficult than the previous titles, according to Croteam creators. Starting from the first level onwards, saying it would be absolute Sam from the beginning. Whether the game will offer brand new features or power-ups, is still unknown.

Serious Sam 4 is considered to have some familiar faces but not all classic ones. If the game will present new versions of classic enemies has still not been verified. Most Serious Sam 3 enemies: BFE is also making a comeback, along with a few Serious Sam VR enemies: The Last Hope.

A new gameplay video for Serious Sam 4 has fallen featuring Sam walking up with some really large weapons against hordes of monsters. This seems that the previous Serious Sam series are identical fare.

Approved maps are Desert Temple, Brkeen Chevap for Serious Sam 4. Refabrication of a few more old maps is likely, and new ones should also be available.

The graphics are going to be much bigger than in past Serious Sam titles. Large-scale environments are set to feature optional quests, secrets, and much more.
