What is this about?
The show concerns Rose (Jaime King), who is separated from her daughter, Anna, in a post-apocalyptic world where there is a zombie pandemic (Zoe Marlett). The show recounts her arduous trip with a group of refugees before the zombie apocalypse worsens the situation. Black Summer is regarded as a spiritual precursor to Z-Nation.
Rose was separated from her daughter, Anna, in the first season, as we witnessed in the first episode. As a result, Rose joined the gang of other Zombie Apocalypse survivors. Rose and Anna reunited in the final episode of the first season. The season concluded, though, with them both standing in front of one other.
Rose and Julius James will undoubtedly appear in the second season, as the performers have stated. The second season would have a completely different plot. The plot of the show revolves around survival. This time, the task is to endure the winter against frightening armies and hunters.
Cast and Characters:
Jaime King will reprise her role as Rose, the main character. Sun (Christine Lee), Spears (Justin Chu Cary), and Lance (Kelsey Flower) will all return. The cast of any series set in a post-apocalyptic world is subject to change due to zombie assaults, and this series is no exception. However, rest assured that the second season will have fresh cast members.
